TERMS OF USE
• You may not claim any items in my shop as your own and re-sell them as is, in partial packs or whole packs, in digital or printed formats on Etsy, or any other internet platform, in person, wholesale, or any other retail platforms.
• You may not forward, share files, post the digital papers or clipart for others to use. All of our shop's digital paper packs are intended for personal use, as well as some small business use projects, see below.
Ideas For Using Digital Papers - Including Small Business Use
• Sublimation items (see below for TOU)
• Stickers
• Gift Tags
• Party printables
• Cookie cards and packaging
• Treat bag toppers
• Greeting cards
• Bottle cap stickers
• Decorative digital alphabet letters
• Nail wraps
• If you are using the digital papers in scrapbook pages that you sell, they must be in a flattened format with other creative elements incorporated into the design.
Unacceptable Use for All Users:
• Do NOT resell the digital papers as is in digital or printed format in any size.
• Do NOT share the files in emails, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, etc. The person that purchased the file has the right to use the file.
• Do NOT include any of the digital papers, digital backgrounds, or clipart into designer resources such as layer styles, brushes, patterns, etc.
• No POD use is permitted or 3rd party printing.
• Our items are meant to help you with your project, not be the whole project.
How Can I Use the Sublimation PNG Files?
SMALL IN-HOME BUSINESS USE OF PNG / Sublimation Files is permitted when the shop itself does the printing. No 3rd party printing or print-on-demand POD is allowed.
• Small business use = $250,000 or less per year
• Create t-shirts, pillows, mugs, tumblers, rugs, and other creative items where a physical product is created.
• If you want to sell the PNG sublimation files as transfers they must be printed in-house. No 3rd party printing or POD.
• Cannot sell as a downloadable digital item including as a sublimation
• Cannot claim as your own.
• Cannot post any POD/print-on-demand websites. i.e. Redbubble, Zazzle, and similar websites.
• You CANNOT forward, share, or post any of our files for others to use.
• No large commercial use

Printable Items:
Our printable party favors include banners, treat bag toppers, cookie cards, tags, cupcake toppers, cupcake wrappers, place cards, and other items of similar nature are intended for your PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial use or redistribution in digital or printed format is permitted.
Cookie Cards Exceptions:
You may include cookie cards in small-business use projects, incorporating them into items such as cookie-making kits, craft or care packages, and similar items.
* MASS COMMERCIAL distribution/use is prohibited in digital or printed format. This applies to ALL of our products. Please contact us for an extended use license upgrade.
